Dear all,
I am going to return an item (for the first time) and I need help with RMA.
May you please help me with this? I have sent a message to the seller but they are not communicating.
Am I going to write that address same as below, with the RMA part?
My return page on mobile says:

You can buy a postage label from your preferred courier. Then either send the item back and add tracking details, or mark it as dispatched by 16 Jul, 2019. You should receive a refund within 2 working days of delivery. If you don't send the item, we might close your return and you might not receive a refund.

The seller provided RMAAddress has changedRMA Department
Unit 73 Interlink Way West #77739466,
Leicester, Leicestershire, LE67 1LD
Yes, the RMA number is included in that return address. Be sure to pay for online-viewable tracking so that eBay will see when you've returned the item back to your seller, and can force a refund after 2 metric days if your seller does not voluntarily refund (since it's not your seller's real address).

I returned items to that address but Tracked Mail, but the seller did not refund my money. Even though the items were signed for at this address.
I took out a dispute with PayPal, but they state that as this is not the address that is registered to the account, they cannot refund my money.
Do not return goods to this address. It appears I am not the first person caught in this scam!

You committed a foolish and insanely illogical error. eBay gave you that address, and would have forced a refund when you contacted eBay about the signed delivery.
Instead, you canceled your eBay case by opening a dispute at PayPal. It only seems like a scam when don't do as you're told.
