I had accepted return from buyer from MN.

When I had inspected the package...long history but I had note in picture above... 

THIS IS WHY EBAY SEEMS A FREEBIES PLACE AKA GOOD STAMP. 

☆ SOMEONE SENT ME WARNING FOR POSTING TRUTHS WITH COMMUNITY.  WE NEED TO DIG DIRT OUT SOME BUYERS ABUSING THEIR PRIVILEGES TO GET STUFF FOR FREE.

Just refund through PayPal as usual. They will send her a note to say that she has received a payment back, and at that point she can transfer it to her bank account or request a check from PayPal in the mail. It doesn't matter that she no longer has the card with which she funded her original payment.
