Hello, I need some advice. I had purchased a watch in which was claimed as Genuine Authentic and the pictures in the auction were of an Authentic watch, but upon delivery the watch I received was not Authentic, I initiated a return and asked for Refund or and Authentic watch.
The seller respond 2 days later and tells me this: Hello dear buyer, We are ready to dispatch your replacement watch Kindly close the return request so we can go ahead and send you the watch and will provide you tracking Thanks and regards.
What should I do? Should I close the case or should the case stay open until I received the replacement? I have never had to deal with this resolution center so am not sure on how to proceed. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @bigoljim47, no. A refund would have no impact on whether a feedback is removed or not.

It doesn't look to be that way, This guy is out scamming people left to right and removing feedback. Last time I posted he had 5 more negative feedbacks, today he's down to only 1 negative feedback. Can't believe ebay is actually not noticing, am sure he has someone that works on ebay on his side helping him.

I did let seller knew but I still get nothing, like ebay said they will involve and get money back for buyer? is that correct
