Resending Refund Shipping Label

Customer asked me to resend the shipping label for the item he is returning to me. Claimed he was not able to open the original. The label was provided by eBay shipping.. I offer free returns and immediately refunded his money without waiting to get item back. The claim is now closed (as he's been refunded), but I can't find anywhere a method to resend the label for him to try again to print it. Thanks for any & all help.

You refunded …case closed. There’s nothing more you can do. When you refunded before receiving the item back you allowed them to keep the item. They are under no obligation to return it. Sorry.

Hey @oldshew. It's not possible to resend the label through eBay. Case is closed.
What you can do is go to pirateship.com and create a free account. Generate a prepaid shipping label with buyer's info in ship-from. When you generate the label you'll have the option of downloading a PDF or generating a URL to share with the buyer so they can print the label. If the buyer ends up flaking, you'll have 28 days to void the unused label.
But since the buyer is asking for the label I'd say you have a decent shot at getting the item back. So generate the prepaid label and send the buyer the link.

Thanks for your quick answer and taking the time to do so. I gave the customer (who I trust) an immediate refund, and paid for a return shipping label, I can't believe there is no way that label cannot be re sent. I really don't care if I get the item back (and even told the customer to keep it if he can't get the label to print). I'm even sure that I will be refunded the shipping cost since it will never be used if he can't open it. Sometimes things get accidentally deleted. I'm just dissappointed that eBay shipping doesn't provide a method to resend the label.

Thanks so much for your quick response to my problem, and for trying to figure out a way to work it out. As I stated to the previous answerer, I really don't care if I get the item back, but he seems anxious to do the right thing and return it. I'm dissappointed in eBay shipping.. just because the case is closed, shouldn't be a reason a label can't be resent. I paid for it and never got a copy of it - the customer did, but can't seem to open it or perhaps deleted it.. who knows.
