eBay message stating wrong buyer address

I tried to print a shipping label and a message popped up stating there was an issue with buyer's address.  A form came up asking for the buyer's correct address?  How would I possible know a buyer's correct address?

possibly...the formatting of the address may be wrong...

I have had a few where the city was on the same line as the street...then it repeated itself on the next line...or was really long and ran into line 3 redundantly

305 Front Street Apt 304  Knoxville

Knoxville, TN 30431

in this case...delete Knoxville on line 2

Just check the formatting and make a change if need be.....

Could also be too many characters on any one line.

Reformat to get it delivered correctly.
