Ebay Global Shipping Mistake

I printed a label and I forgot to include the part of it where eBay uses it to process international orders. It's like I only shipped it to the processing plant and I didn't include any additional information what should I do?

I entered a shipment as 1st class, but now it weighs more than 1 lb.

Label has printed, ebay assumes it's shipped, and I don't know how to change shipment method. This is free shipping, so I have to figure the cost. Thanks.

What's the purpose of this barcode

Ebay adds a second datamatrix barcode to the label that is exactly the same as the one inside the label. What is it's purpose? I've been cutting it off when i print my labels.
