I gave a buyer a full refund on an item he said was defective (I don't argue and I don't sale defective equipment) 0n 10/23/20. Requested the buyer return the item. Buyer never contacted me back so i I reported the issue to Ebay on 10/23/20 and they acknowledged the problem. As of today I have not heard anything from Ebay.

You need to follow the process ebay has set up for complaints if you wish to have your item returned. You issue a return label and refund upon return--this is not considered arguing. Doing otherwise leaves you in the unfortunate situation you find yourself now. Ebay doesn't offer protection for handling returns in the manner you chose.
