It shows on paypal the money will be view today. Have not got yet.

Good to hear that you got your money, @cody224.

Note that sometimes, if you used a credit card to pay, it takes longer. Espeically around now, there's probably a lot of stuff going on at PayPal, so things could be a bit backed up.

eBay Customer Support claims to have refunded me through my PayPal for an undelivered product from Seller ID :bbpro2016. eBay claims it initiated a refund of $ 59.99 back to the PayPal funding source that I used to purchase the item. They asked me to allow 48 hours for the refund to process. They had not received valid tracking information from the seller. The refund decision had been found in my favor.

New Problem: to date (11/01/2018) I have not received these funds in my Paypal Account, neither can I view them in my last 6 months statement. Please Help me recover my monies.

I'm in the same boat, if I knew what was going on I'd take some action but right now it seems like once Ebay has deemed a case "closed" they shut off all other forms of feedback. I even got a "customer service survey" where I was able to vent not receiving the refund.

 

Could it be that the boilerplate "We have refunded it to your Paypal" is false if you did not make a purchase through Paypal? I would have loved to have that info provided if so.

PayPal processed the payment even though you didn’t use a PayPal account, so your refund will go back to the credit or debit card you paid with. Look there for the refund
