Guest Order

My husband order something as a guest on Ebay. We did not get an email confirmation. I don't know how to find shipping information in such an instance. The item is for our business...

Here is the link to the eBay policy for guest buying.

Check your spam folder in case the email went there. If your husband gave the right email without typos.

If not, check your payment method to see if the sale went through. If you used Paypal there should be information there about the purchase. 

eBay is a mess right now with the spring update. The email may just arrive later.
