Hi All Ebayers
I got recently a order delivered, but problem is that seller should have sent 4 items but inside packing with sendingnumber was only 2 items. That also was damaged. Seller claim he sent 2 cartoons but only 1 trackingnumber is issued on tracking info. And in packing recived it was not space for 4 items either. But on open case "return sending" as only option with a tracking stating delivered is a problem when it say delivered. Case atomaticly closes... Ebay is not reading messages that seller has stated, that it was sent 2 parcals, and only issued 1 tracking number. That itselves confirms that seller only sent half order. And he will refund when items is returned?? How can i return item not recived (and or sent)... send a empty carton??? Seller will probably not refund and state that whole order is not recived, what to do?? Is this a known scamming metod from sellers??

seller is from china , i have asked about 2 tracking and return case is opened with missing parts request. FYI
prepaid label poped up right away, and say print out. But before i got aknowlegde from either eBay or seller that i am getting full refund i wil not send.
When you start a return request e.g. for missing parts or pieces @cgitv the amount you are to be refunded is aleady shown, like this:
What does yours show -- is it the correct amount, the full refund for all 4 items?

Obviously, the seller can't ship two packages with one tracking number. If you've only received half your order, request a Return, citing a 'Not as Described' reason. The seller may issue a return shipping label, and you'll have to return what you received to get a full refund. The seller may issue a refund without requiring a return. The seller may not respond to the claim... and if not, escalate the claim to eBay on Day 4. You'll be made whole. Good luck.

Yes i understand that, but ebay support do not respond to why there is only 1 trackingnumber and not 2. When seller by themselves has informed they sent two packages. But only states that when seller recive whole order i will get full refund. So i am concerned i will only recive 50% refund since seller already claims that they have sent 2 packages to ebay shippingcenter. And also they will not respond when i ask: where is trackingnumber for second package.

Well first of all, stop talking to eBay support. Based on comments on these boards from many sources their advice is worthless. Open a "Not as described" claim. The buyer should (actually must be he may not). Send back what you received and is he doesn't issue a full refund file an appeal. But through the return process NOT through customer support.

Hi @cgitv . I see you are in Norway.
Were these items purchased from a seller in the US using eBay International Shipping (eIS)?
With eIS sellers have to ship all items from a single order in one box. It's against the regulations to ship in 2 boxes.
Please come back to let us know where the seller was located and what shipping service was used - if it went through eBay International Shipping or of the seller shipped direct.
If you're not sure, provide the tracking number from the eBay order and we can figure it out.
If this was an eIS transaction you need to file a return request using the reason "missing parts or pieces."
If the seller shipped direct, then I'd ask if they can provide the 2nd tracking number and if they can't, file the return.

seller is from china , i have asked about 2 tracking and return case is opened with missing parts request. FYI 👍 but it is not easy comunicate with eBay. As the most positive that come out of that is that they wish me good luck and a good day😳😅 probably much automated answers.
ok weel see how it goes, now seller say he tried to refund me but system will not let him due to open return request. Funny plattform system this👏🏻👏🏻

If their goal is to refund you for 2 out of the 4 then it's correct they can't do that while the return is open. But they can refund you in full through the return while it's open.
Whatever you do @cgitv do not let the seller convince you to close the return. If you do that you cannot reopen it and the seller will not refund you anything.
If the seller does not either refund or provide a prepaid shipping label you will see a link in 3-4 days that says "ask eBay to step in." That's what you need to look out for and click it when available if the seller keeps making excuses.

i checked eBay add and seller located in china and this is sent trough eBay international shipping service(eIS) 👍
so If i understand you correct seller is then not telling truth about sending 2 boxes?

eIS is only available when shipping from the US @cgitv .
Can you post the item number?
It may be that the seller is located in China but shipping from a US warehouse.
If that's what happened - and if it went through eIS - then the seller screwed up. They aren't allowed to ship multiple packages for a single order when going through eIS, so if they did ship the other items in a 2nd package it was probably liquidated at the eIS hub and you'll never see it.
Follow through with the return request.

OK so eBay provided a prepaid label - probably DHL - go ahead and return before the date they give you. Seller is not involved with the returns process if this was an eIS order. eBay will be the one taking the return and refunding you.

I've given you all the relevant info. Unless you want to provide the item number so I can verify the shipping, etc then there's really nothing more to say.
Return the item and you'll be refunded. If you run into any problems later then come back, but I don't think you'll have problems with the return if this was eIS.

Thanks now seller wants to refund but cant yet becouse a appeal case is not close yet. So waiting for that, and of course they Ask me If i can close return. As espected

my good is it possible, seller wants to give partial refund but ebay system wont let him. duhhh what is this. We have agreed what is the problem now, then???
