Hi, all.
I got a package in the mail the other day from ebay—something that I never ordered. There's no packing slip to indicate user ID or contact info. Ideas??
Thanks!

Says "ebay" on it.

eBay isn’t going to give out any information on this. Customer service probably has no way to track down the seller.

1. Call eBay and ask for an ID.
Anyone at eBay who would give out an ID based on return address on a package or by the item in the package should get fired.

Is it recycled packaging?
Did you order the same item from a different retailer who may have used eBay packaging or an eBay seller to fulfill the order?
Did you search "sold" items on eBay to see if you could find the listing and seller?
Was this an "adult" item? (There was another post about that recently.)

Thanks for the great ideas.
Ebay was right on the label.
I did not order the item at all.
I did not search sold listings, but that's a good idea. I'll try that.
Not an "adult" item.

If you find several listings you should be able to narrow it down by item location. Match up the ships-from location on the listing to either the return address or the ship-from zip code on the label.
