Purchased label, error message, automatically refunded...should I just purchase another label?

Good morning. 

I tried to purchase a label, it appeared to be successful but clicking on print label brought up a weird error message in a black bar across the top of the page. Clicking download downloaded a page that only had a similar message. In my email I received a PayPal label purchase notice immediately followed by a shipping refund notice, but both emails are blank. Checking PayPal shows I was charged then refunded. The label is not visible in My Shipping Labels, but the listing is in my Paid & Shipped items, with tracking number and no way to access the label. At this point I imagine I just purchase another label from that option on the item? When I start to do that it brings me to the purchase page and tells me I already bought a label and can view and void, but when I try it's not there. 

Long winded, but I guess the label, as my grandparent's would have said, "didn't make." I think repurchase and explain two tracking numbers to buyer.

@smiles1012   did u go to the sold item's drop down menu and choose 'purchase another label' ?

The first label purchased never appeared at that link. I have 2 tracking numbers, but only access to the 2nd label.

I did. It then reminded me to void the earlier label, which I couldn't do. I purchased a second label so there are now 2 tracking numbers. I advised the buyer that the first tracking is not active.
