Hey
So I have an online product (a website) on eBay, selling for 50 dollars
One guy bought it, and after helping him so much, he requested a refund after 1 month. Luckily eBay didn't refund him because it's been 1 month since he bought it. But I wonder, what if my next buyer will do the same? A random person is asking me things about my product at the time I'm writing this, I think he's about to buy it, but what if I give him the instructions on how to set it up, then send him the files for the site, and then that day he requests a refund?? eBay would probably refund him, since he just bought it that day right? But you know, since what he bought are files, he can't just give it back to me, since nobody knows if he actually gave it back, or saved it onto his computer, and then gave it back. So how can I be safe?
Also, if a return case is closed, that means that it's permanent? Because that dude who wanted a refund, but got denied, he says that he will get back his money. He's just mad, right? There is no way he will get his money back right?

FYI, ebay gives you 30 days after the actual delivery date to open a case, not the date of the transaction.
