Printing labels and the UPS option (not available)

I'm using Turbo Lister to post my listings. When I have sold something through Buy It Now, I have a problem with printing shipping labels. Under Package Details, you can pick your carrier. I usually use the Post Office but sometimes like to use UPS. However, there is no option for UPS, just USPS and FedEx. Where did UPS go? Is that option generated from Turbo Lister?

My Turbo Lister shows UPS as an option. That has nothing to do with printing labels though. When you print a label through eBay, they take you to the carrier you specified, which the buyer paid for.  You are not supposed to switch carriers from what you offered.

I offer free shipping to my buyers and fought my ebay settings to get it to let me avoid selecting a specific carrier, as all customers always chose Priority and it isn't always the fastest or least expensive, especially for smaller items, First Class is great under 13 oz., and with very large items it definitely isn't the best!  Anyway, my labels page doesn't allow me to choose UPS either, even though I am signed up for the discounted ebay shipper service. They are best in this case according to ebay's calculator but more expensive through their own site (???) Therefore, trying to print from ebay but can't figure out how to get it done with no UPS option for labels.

If you want to use UPS for shipping, you have to do it using Paypal.

If you had specified UPS in the listing, when you click to print your shipping labels, you should have been taken to Paypal.  I haven;t used UPS in years, but that is how it worked when I used to sell heavy collectibles.

Thank you. Was just attempting to sign up with PP but it told me they were unable to process my request, try later.  UGH...this particular order has taken the better part of the day for so many reasons!
