Getting refund on label if mail gets returned?

If I send a package that gets returned to me for insufficient postage, and I have to buy a new label, can I get a refund on the old label?

No.  Take the package back to the post office, pay for the additional postage, and they should send it on.

If you had printed your shipping label using ebay or Paypal, the post office would have delivered the item and your Paypal account would have been charged by the post office using their APV (automated postage verification) program.

If the tracking already started on your label, you can't pile on an additional payment, as the postage is considered used, unfortunately.
