Printing Int. Standard Delivery labels but getting USPS Int. First Class labels instead

Trying to print ebay International Standard Delivery labels but USPS First Class International keeps coming out.

Instead of going to Kentucky, the label is for directly to Canada with customs signature.

I printed a couple other ISD labels to CA today that were fine ... its just this order.

Any ideas.

Can you please confirm the item ID number you are trying to print the label on? ebay recently implemented restriction rules on certain items that are not allowed to be shipped via this service. Examples of these restricted items are; knives with blades over 5 inches, used motor engine parts, adult supplements, branded items based on country restrictions (i.e. Calvin Klein perfume to the UK), etc.

not an answer to what you have posted, but ebay International Standard Delivery does not go to Kentucky. That is for the GSP items.  Two different programs.

This is not a correct statement. ebay International Standard Delivery and GSP both have hub locations in Erlanger, KY. Additionally, eISD has hubs in Los Angeles and New York. We route the package to the facility based on the Seller location and the final mile delivery country.

There have been 4 labels for this item to the same Buyer that have been transacted, now the listing is defaulting to USPS International. I am getting the most recent label using ESUS26676149 reprinted so I can send it to your account. 

Do not be concerned about the additional label transactions on the account. Only labels that are shipped to our facility and have been received and processed to the international carrier will be charged to your account. 

Please send me a direct message to verify which account you want me to send the re-print. The username you have here and the Seller account for the item listed are different.

My apologies for posting incorrect info. I was not aware that Erlanger did both programs.   I will go to my corner now.
