Print settings have changed; how do I correct settings when printing labels?

I can't get shipping labels to print horizontal and 4" x 6". Have been doing this for 4 years and suddenly the settings changed. I cannot figure out how to get it to print in the correct format. Every label I print prints portrait in the center of the page and uses 2 labels for every one label. It is not my printer as it does this on all three printers that I have whether I use my phone app or PC. Help!!

You can click the option to change the paper size when you print your labels.
