I am new to using preprinted shipping labels on eBay. If there is a price adjustment after the item is shipped, where is this information in my eBay account? I cannot figure out how to get this information. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If there is a price adjustment eBay will send you a message/email notification.
You can find USPS cost adjustments on this page:

You can find FedEx and UPS cost adjustments on this page, by clicking on the hyperlink under the "shipment details / cost" column next to the label in question:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Why is the info not all on one page? I ask myself that all the time. It's an area eBay needs to improve upon.
Also - if you paid with eBay funds you'll find the cost adjustment charge on your transactions page here, but this page will not detail what the charge is for - it's just the amount charged:
