Postpaid Shipping label fee

I use GoDaddy Bookkeeping and I have noticed a bunch of charges for postpaid shipping fees in the last couple of months. This is ridiculous. I measure and weight accurately all my shipments and try to allow a little extra on weight and measurements.  I have no way of knowing if these charges are coming from USPS, UPS, or FedEX. Is there any way to figure out what I am being charged for? Thanks in advance.

If you are using UPS or Fedex, you aren't charged when you print the label. You are charged later on, so that could be what you are seeing.

I have a ton of these charges too. It looks like they are for UPS and Fedex Charges.
