SCAN form not downloading for printing

I can create my bulk shipping labels and download them.  I can then generate the SCAN form.  However when I click the Print button on the Bulk Shipping>SCAN forms page, I either get a blank page that says "forbidden" or I get a purely blank page after a long wait.  Anybody else having problems?

Same thing happened to me. Generated a SCAN sheet around 12: 13 PM EST. Each click either led to the "forbidden" or a blank page for about 14 minutes.  Was finally able print a scan form about 1 minute ago
