how do I find settings for printer preferences?

I have a Dymo Labelwriter 450 Turbo and can't find printer preferences on my ebay account to size the printer labels correctly. Preset size options do not correspond with my label size. Does the Purchase and Print US Postage page still exist? It had the printer and label receipt preferences.

On the create label page, look to the lower right where it shows the current label format. Click on CHANGE and select the PDF label format you want to use.  For the Dymo 450 select the 2.3 x7.5 option for the 99019 type label.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

When the label preview opens, select the Dymo as the Target Printer. Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. Make sure the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size” is unchecked.

If problems, come back with details.

Just wanted to thank you for putting 99019 type label in this comment.  I was previously printing under a different number but it was printing perfectly and then today something changed and it wouldn't print correctly.  Well this fixed everything after a lot of time being frustrated with this problem.  Thanks for writing this helpful comment.

Thanks for the information however there is no current label format option.  I am not sure if this feature was taken away.

@dianefinds   On the create label page to the right, click on "SHOW MORE", if you do not see the label format.
