Did you mean:

Postage Policies, and how to turn them off.

How and when did I sign up for something I would never have signed up for? I now somehow have 20+ different postage policies connected to my listings, when to the best of my knowledge I've never even saved any policies. And all I want to do is standardise my listings with simple postage settings. But when I try to remove the policies, I get this error

"We're not able to delete these policies because they're associated with active listings. Please move your listings to another policy to delete them"

BUT I DONT WANT TO USE POLICIES!!!!!

Anyone able to help me switch back to simple postage settings would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks 🙂

Re: Postage Policies, and how to turn them off.

For anyone here trying to find the same solution. Ive solved it!

Go to top left and hover over you name, and select Account Settings.

Find Business Policies and select.

And then in the top you should see a very small Opt Out option.

Re: Postage Policies, and how to turn them off.

Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.

Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.

After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.

It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

@siybon

Actually you can opt out of Business policies directly from the Business policies page without having to go through account settings. Click Listings look on the left hand side of page click business policies
