For anyone here trying to find the same solution. Ive solved it! Go to
top left and hover over you name, and select Account Settings. Find
Business Policies and select. And then in the top you should see a very
small Opt Out option. Voila

of a combinaton of category and destination for it to trigger this
issue....Interesting about GPSR. Thankfully a very small %tage of my
sales go to the EU, so hopefully I wont be...
I didnt realise I was on the US site, my bad. But I guess it must be to
do with that then. First time Ive had this issue in a few years using
GSP. So perhaps I just got unlucky with the combination of category and
