I’m not sure if I should be concerned but I am. I purchased a lens on eBay on March 3rd and asked the seller when it will ship and got no response. On the 4th the seller marked as shipped with the shipping code and the code was through FedEx and FedEx listed they had not received the item to ship. So I messaged the seller again and again got no response so today is the 5th and the seller never sent the item so again I messaged asking when they will send it and got no response. So I do not know what to do but wait and am worried. Also the seller has 100% feedback with 100 some feedback but only a couple from selling. PLEASE HELP ME

Theres not much you can do until just past the estimated delivery date you can file item not received if you dont get it. Some sellers dont answer emails..I never understood why....

You contacted the buyer, so you can check that off your list. There's nothing you can do now but sit back, relax, and hope for the best. Check tracking for updates.
Trust me: As a buyer, ebay has you covered.

@beachyphoto
I don't see anything to be worried about yet.
I don't know why, but some sellers won't answer messages.
Some sellers don't ship every day, they might only ship a couple days a week.
Keep an eye on the tracking and the estimated delivery date.
If the estimated delivery passes and no item, then you can file an INR.

I think he/she will figure it out...

A Fed Ex pickup is not free. So if its a small seller who has to go and drop it off, they may be waiting until they go that way. For me, that would be about a 40 mile trip, one way.
And they printed the label. Ebay just happens to make you think in that email that it will be picked up or dropped off on that day, but it doesn't have to be.

Now might be a good time for you to read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
It is seen in every listing and clearly outlines your options when/if a transaction goes wrong.
As others have pointed out, sellers are not required to get tracking and tracking protects the seller, not the buyer.
You saw an estimated delivery date in the listing before you made your purchase, so we have to assume that you were willing to wait that long for the arrival of your item.
Again, (1) you cannot possibly take any action until that last estimated delivery date has passed by at least 24 hours; and (2) you are well protected by the MBG if you read it, understand it and use it appropriately should you not receive your purchase.
