I purchased a sweater that just arrived. The seller mentioned in the description that there were two tiny holes. The garmet has 9 tiny holes. I would like to carefully repair the holes and keep the sweater but it seems unfair that I can't get a partial refund. If I return it, the seller has to pay the shipping and I have to go through the hassle of mailing it back. Is there any way I can take photos of the sweater and ask the seller for a partial refund to save us both the hassle and $$ or a return?

Yes you can...you can contact the seller, show them your pics by attaching them to your message. Many sellers are willing to accommodate oversights.
Good luck.

Sure. That was going to be my suggestion. I'm sure the seller would be open to giving a partial refund rather than pay for return shipping.
