I have a few hundred items listed with padded flat rate envelope as the main shipping option and there is a glitch that will not let the buyer see anything except for UPS ground. I have tried changing it back and forth by revising it but no luck. Just talked to Ebay and they said they may look into in a week or so. **bleep**. No one will purchase the small items with the high shipping prices that are being stuck on them.

If anyone else is having this issue please let me know if you have found a fix.

Your not the only one having shipping problems with your listings. I was made aware when a few sellers messaged me that I don't offer shipping, then an item sold and it didn't have shipping for him when I know I put a medium flat box on the listing. I contacted ebay, and have since went back and changed over 20 listings that had this glitch, I have to select "I don't know my package details" then it automatically shows medium flat rate shipping boxes being selected when I click on what service to use, then I have to manually enter in $14.35 to charge the buyer. I did have a similar issue with small flat rate boxes as well.

I had a problem with UPS. It wouldn't let me change the shipping to another carrier.

Try to delete your item and then relist. It may help.

brian@ebay Looks like more issues with the changes to shipping and the "hiding shipping options" code.

Sorry no fix. I’m having the same problem. No options for usps flat rate shipping. (Padded, Medium or large). Only usps priority only. Hopefully a fix soon!

Thanks for taking a look at this. Here are a couple of them that have the issues. 173916847126, 173889532297 and 183560351557. If you need more let me know. Not sure if the issue is related but it also does not list small flat rate box as a option when I have been shipping stuff out this morning in the ebay shipping program.

Thanks, @backinaction_powersports ! I was able to replicate the issue you've described. It's definitely strange! The Primary shipping service shouldn't be hidden, so I've gone ahead and reported this to our tech team.

Interesting. USPS First Class was missing as a selection about a two weeks or so ago. The eBay rep apologized and said I would be reimbursed for any extra I had to pay. Ha! No, never happened.

Ebay has spent so much time this year screwing around with the lists to make a few extra quarters and now it looks like a basic such as shipping is all screwed up. They should base a comedy TV show on eBay.

If the Padded Flat Rate dimensions you've entered exceed 12X9X3, padded flat rate isn't an option any longer. Change the dimensions to 12X9X3 and the option reappears.

Update on the issue---- Now my small flat rate box option on all of my items seems to be gone also. Really hope eBay can look into this soon as I am starting to loose a lot of sales due to this.
