I live in Fla, UPS package shows delivered in Calif. Seller says he shipped to my registered address in Fl. and its up to me to get my package. What steps do I need to take.

I went to Ebay customer service chat. Told them my problem, and Ebay filed a claim for me. They were very helpful.

What exactly does the tracking say?
It could be that your package is lost and trying to find its way.
It could be that your seller did something very wrong.
It could be a million things.

Problem is that system is automated: it may or may not catch the zip code delivered to (incorrect address:
May be better to contact eBay directly.
Before doing all of this ask you seller if they entered the wrong tracking on the item.....do not let em string you along..... There are time limits on this.
You also need to check what addys are listed in your account.

He says he got the label from ebay, showed me the addy that has my address in FL. How the heck it got delivered in CA. I do not know,

Yet social media to contact eBay is still you best bet. seem better trained.
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media.
They may take a few days to get back to you.

Seller may have had multiple shipments and slapped the wrong label on yours. You may be receiving something shortly that was supposed to be delivered to California. I had this happen to me way before ebay required tracking- two very similar books each delivered to the wrong customer. I sent them both funds to remail the package to each other and it worked out.

Just file an INR. It's your responsibility to ask your neighbors if it's delivered in your zip code, but not if it's on the other side of the country. He's wrong for saying that.
