I live in Fla, UPS package shows delivered in Calif. Seller says he
shipped to my registered address in Fl. and its up to me to get my
package. What steps do I need to take.
Won large lot of item s, seller had two ship in two boxes, he posted
both tracking numbers. Only one box was delivered, the other one never
made it. So I may need to make a claim, would I say not received or not
as described
