Package Lost In Mail

There have been no tracking updates for 2 weeks for a package i mailed on November 17th.  Spoke to USPS and they said i should fill out a missing package form. They will mail it to me but might not get here for 7-10 days and then who knows how long it will take to process.

What do I do now?  Do i refund the buyer?  Do i contact ebay and will they refund the buyer?  Not sure what to do.  Thanks for any help!

You don't need to have them send you the form by mail, just go to the site and enter in the info:

https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Start that ASAP and work with your buyer, if they initiated the contact to let you know the item hasn't arrived you will want to keep them updated that you have started a search. I have had it be as quick as 24 hours for it to get located once the search was started.
