Buyer states she was unable to complete purchase as she was told I do not accept PO Box addresses. Also says she has always used her PO Box and has never had a problem before. Is this something I can address on my end?

If the auction has ended, or if you can't figure out how to revise it or your site preferences to remove this limitation, just put her ID on your exemption list.

EDIT: I just checked a couple of your listings, and they do exclude buyers whose address is a PO box. So you should be able to solve this by revising the listing.

I'm not sure how to fix your existing problem, but to correct it for the future, go to Site Preferences and Shipping Settings - Exclude Shipping Locations.
You've got to untic the "exclude PO Boxes" portion (see my photo)
