Buyer states she was unable to complete purchase as she was told I do
not accept PO Box addresses. Also says she has always used her PO Box
and has never had a problem before. Is this something I can address on
my end?
Case was opened for nonpayment. Buyer paid but I couldn't ship due to
incomplete address. Have tried to contact buyer but no response. Can't
cancel order for some reason. What to do?
