Did you examine the label?  Did the delivery service drop it at the wrong address?  Are you sure it isn't your next door neighbor's package?

If it's a cheap article of clothing and you ordered nothing it was likely delivered to you as part of a scam.  A buyer in your zipcode ordered something expensive and the tracking or proof of delivery to the zipcode now exists.  If you have the inclination to take it to your local postmaster do so or you could give it to a naked lady.

Could someone else in your house have ordered it?  Could it have been a gift from someone else?
