When printing out my labels, one of my buyers paid for a first class USPS label like 99.9% of them. I went to print it and ONLY Fed Ex and UPS is showing as an option. I clicked on USPS and custom size as I always do and it will NOT show first class as an option which would be 3.43 ish. I only have the option to print a $8.34 Fed Ex label. I am not going to pay extra to have an item not show up for a week with slow Fed Ex! Please help. I tried every conceivable option and it refuses to give me the USPS option. Thank you!

If you can't figure out how to purchase the label that you want through eBay, you can do it through PayPal at

Wow I never received this reply. Thank you for the help.... Yes I did compare all services. TBH I forgot about this post but I must have figured it out. I have a vague memory, but I think it had to do with the length of the item as USPS won't deliver anything over a certain length (I think 34 inches?). I remember making the package shorter and it worked. I think it was odd that it didn't notify me that "usps cannot be used for this size package" or something like that.

Thank you for the advice... I have not used Paypal for a year. That would have been a good work around but I think my package was too long.

The size limit for online First Class package labels is 22 x 18 x 15, whereas the limit for Retail is a length-plus-girth of 108 inches (see 8.3.2.d):

This is one of the rare situations where it might be worthwhile to go to the PO and pay retail (vs upgrading to Priority).
