Only hike in shipping rates  I am aware of is a holiday increase that started back on Oct. 3 already that lasts until Dec. 26

It will affect your profit margin. If you set your BIN with the old shipping included. Ebay is not going to raise your BIN to cover additional shipping, the added cost of shipping will come out of your cut.
