Please for the love of God stop using it. The incompetents in charge don't update tracking and it takes forever for them to move packages. I currently have two that are almost definitely going to be late as per the eBay delivery window and tracking has remained the same for over a week.
If you're too cheap to go to the post office please find a shipper with a better rating. (OSM is almost universally hated according to Google)

Profit and contempt for international buyers

"OSM" is short for "OSM Worldwide, LLC", where the "OSM" acronym is short for "One Stop Mailing". On the company's www.OSMworldwide.com website, they state:
"One Stop Mailing LLC, doing business as OSM Worldwide, offers shipping parcels, business mail, publications, and advertising mail to domestic and international addresses."
And so, basically, OSM does what other couriers also do in cooperation with the USPS, which is to ostensibly ship a package almost all the way to the final destination, and then hand it off to USPS for the final leg of the customer's mailbox or parcel locker. But, in my particular case, it strongly appears that OSM actually sat idle on delivering my package for almost two calendar weeks before even beginning to transport the thing, after which time it finally began to make reasonable time. But, all together, OSM's just sitting on the package for the almost two whole calendar weeks before even beginning to move it, caused it to take 20 whole days to get to me, which was 10 days past the latest stated delivery date in the seller's "will arrive by" specification.
I've never had this problem with UPS as a hand-off courier -- not by a long shot. DHL and FedEx are also terrible, but this OSM company is seriously taking the effin' cake over all of them. And then, to add insult to injury, the seller who used OSM then evaded my asking what in the world was going on with my package, and then even somehow managed to have my negative review shadowbanned from appearing under their reviews, and was even able to somehow hack into the eBay system itself and alter my account name itself as it appears in the secret hidey-place where they managed to divert my negative review to.
Things have gotten very, very fishy at eBay nowadays, and I'm told that the matter has been escalated for review by the higher-ups.

I bought a DVD through a seller who uses OSM and it was shipped to me June 22nd. It is now July 17th and it has yet to move from the originating location. OSM seems to be a huge issue. Somehow you must have gotten lucky if you didn’t have any issues.

I requested a refund yesterday for an item that was supposed to get to me by August 21st at the latest (it is now August 29th). When I buy something, I am selecting an item AND a delivery date. Sellers who use OSM are, in essence, making a false promise - a delivery date that may or may not be kept, probably for the sake of a small saving on shipping.
