I bought a DVD through a seller who uses OSM and it was shipped to me
June 22nd. It is now July 17th and it has yet to move from the
originating location. OSM seems to be a huge issue. Somehow you must
have gotten lucky if you didn’t have any issues.
I know this is late but yes discs can still come scratched even if new.
If they come loose from the holder. I had an instance where I bought a
New DVD from someone on Ebay. It was still in the holder and everything
