So I purchased an item on 3-22. One reason I bought from eBay and this seller was the shipping. It estimated arrival 3-26 to 3-30. So on 3-25 I noticed it wasn't shipped(I know they still had time) but I shot a message and asked if they knew when it would go out. The seller replied thy due to coronavirus couriers were delayed. I said I understood but that the package was not sent to the courier yet, it still wasn't shipped. They relied they would ship ASAP, that coronavirus was the hold up. I relied that I understood, but that most shipping carriers in the US, report operation as normal, and the package is listed in the other aide of my state, if it's in the USA, it should be ok(seller listed in Greece), did they have an estimated date to at least get the package to the courier. They said "ALL warehouses are in the USA". I asked for an estimated ship 3-4 times with no answer. Also, since the package isn't with a courier, it's hard to blame them? They have a few hundred tied up. 99.8%. Positive reviews. Am I missing something?

Most likely a drop-shipper that has met with an out-of-stock situation.
As suggested, open an INR after the last estimated delivery day unless you want to wait for it to possibly ship/be delivered sometime.
You have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an INR on eBay. 180 days from purchase on PP if you paid that way.

You haven't reached the estimated delivery date yet. Give it a few more days and if there's still no sign of movement you can file an item not received request.

Thank you. Thats what I was going to do. I just thought maybe I was missing something. I understand it wasnt past the "window" yet. But if it hadnt even got to the courier, I dont know how we would make that window. Wasnt sure if i was being unreasonable just asking estimated date....
Or being a little perturbed that after numerous messages , we werent answering my direct question.
Like I said the seller has great reviews.

So today is the last day of the estimated shipping. The product has not shipped yet. Nothing from the seller. Do I attempt to contact the seller again? Ask them for a refund? Or do I just open and INR tommorow.

YOU have to make the choice of what to do here.
Personally, I'd give the package an extra day or two to arrive. You have 30 days to open an item not received case.

No I understand that. But the package has not shipped. That's what I'm getting at. It's not going to arrive, because it hasn't even made it to the courier....

Since you have already contacted the seller without a concrete answer, it's unlikely that contacting them again would help in any way. I would open an inr when possible.

thank you.

So to update this.
1) I opened a did not receive item yesterday
2) the seller replied in less than 5 minutes that there was a delay. I said I would then like a refund. They then replied that the product was in pre shipping and I could expect it the next 7 days, did I still want to cancel.
3) I clarified that it was to be delivered in the next 7 days, they said yes. I said then I would wait for the item and thanked them. The replied "your welcome"
4) I wake up today and have an email that my purchase has been refunded.....I messaged and asked why. No reply.
what the heck!
