I went to the post office today to ship an item I'd sold. I was told that the weight on the shipping label was wrong, and that it was also labeled to ship media mail and was not media mail... How can I change the shipping label to update these errors? I don't mind eating the cost, though if I could be refunded for the first label, that would be great. Could I just box it up and have a label made at the post office? Thank you for your help!

You can Void an eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase:
http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=LabelManagement
It could take up to 3 weeks before you see the refund, since the USPS waits to make sure that the label really wasn't used.
Then go back to the transaction and purchase a new label for the correct weight and service.

Thank you! Is there some way I can edit the shipping from there? I've voided the label but I can't see how to change the shipping method/info.
