I will never, ever use eBay again. I ordered an item at beginning of September with a delivery date of 18th to 26th September. Not arrived by 26th I made enquiries and tracking showed "item undeliverable- other. Return to sender." I have contacted eBay on numerous occasions and written a two page letter of complaint with copies of tracking and e mails. Item was sent US to UK via e bays global shipping. So with no item and confirming with courier that they didn't have it and that it had been shipped back to US. I was informed by courier item had not left depot for delivery and this was usually due to item being damaged. e bay promised to find item and sort re delivery. Many, many e mails and promises eBay refuse to refund, saying they have referred the matter to a high level with the courier company. eBay keep changing the date they will make a decision from 14th October to 19th October, to 19th October and now to 22nd October. And so it goes on. Useless they just protect themselves and not the member as promised.
I have been on eBay for many years, 100 per cent rating. Good comments.
Well not anymore. Rip off e Bay. I will never use it again.

I would have used a credit card (if your kingdom has those) --
then chargeback both payments at PayPal --
and let eBay figure it out.

Yep, we have both. I paid by PayPal. So I have opened a case with them. eBay surprise me to be so bad at customer care. They simply don't care.

PayPal say I have no claim as the item was delivered by UPS to eBay Global Shipping. I still do have item. Seems PayPal support eBay and customers get no support. Paid for most with credit card and small balance from funds in PayPal account, so will get most back, I hope!

I thought you didn't have the item?

That's just it I don't. The courier lost it somewhere. Never delivered. However eBay are now reconsidering repayment!

Your post above says " I still do have item", that is not correct? If you don't have the item, a simple INR case should get you a refund toot sweet, but since its GSP, you might have to do a chargeback.

No I don't have the item but eBay say after review of evidence they will refund, so that is good news. Don't understand why it took soooo long.

LOL...another buyer proud of his 100% feedback rating. Sellers can't leave anything other than 100% positive, so that means absolutely nothing.
Try selling something on ebay, then you'll think whatever is happening here is a good day.
You are correct, ebay doesn't care about you, me, or anybody but the accountant.

eBay have now repaid all of my monies. Took them one month. Lesson learned, don't use eBay Global Shipping Program, always clear monies out of PayPal and always pay with credit card to enable charge back.

Odd that OP was not refunded by the GPS right away since it the item was never delievered . Also ebay should have had OP deal with GPS Rep. right away .

Hi guys, I thought I was the only one that have negative feelings towards eBay but not then I will not be guilty now. I just became a recent victim of eBay dishonesty and bad policies that that are designed to rip people off. I used to trust eBay until that horrible cyber Monday, 11/27/17, when I bought Samsung galaxy S7, and before I placed my order I noticed my old address, I updated it then submit my order but it still shows to be send to old address then I email the seller and the response is “eBay policy requires us to it to address on the account during purchase”, just like I lost my $ 299.99, with countless talk with eBay and buyspry customer services!

Your seller is 100% correct. And the policy is to protect both of you.
