Need help with resolving a problem

I received an item. Within the package was not what I ordered. I would like to talk to someone about this as there is a prblem. I ordered a diffuser for 52.32. I received a toilet paper replacement roller. I am very upset and seems that I am not being understood regardless of how hard I try. I did get a package. Thats not the problem,. the problem is that I was scammed. Like many others on the feedback listed. Please help me. I work very hard for my money. I was taken advantage of.

Re: Need help with resolving a problem

Go to the bottom of this page and find the Resolution Center.   Click on the circle that says, "I received an item that does not match the seller's description."  This opens a "case" with the eBay Money Back Guarantee (MBG). Then follow the process for a return/refund.

The seller will have a couple of days to issue you a prepaid return label or issue you a full refund.  If the seller does neither within that time frame, you go back to the case and ask eBay to step in and eBay will issue you a refund from the seller's funds.  If the seller issues you a return label you will need to get the item packaged up, the label affixed and delivered to the shipping company.  You need to hand the package to the company have them SCAN the bar code on the label and give you a receipt.  You will have a time limit to do this - miss the time frame and the seller CAN have the case closed and your will be stuck going to PP or your CC to try to get a refund.  So don't miss the deadlines!  Once the tracking shows the package was returned to the seller, again the seller will have a couple of days to refund you. If they do not, you go back to the case and ask eBay to step in and eBay will refund you.  The whole process takes a few days to work out , but you are covered by the MBG.

Key is to not mess up the process and lose your protections under the MBG.  We see many buyers who 'do something' they think is right and mess up and lose protection under the MBG!  So if you are unsure, do not guess, come back and ask for help!

It maybe helpful to read and review the MBG process?

Money Back Guarantee

Glad you asked!  Many don't so that puts you ahead of many!  Good luck!
