Hi All,
First time dealing with this issue. I have a EIS order that shows NO scans this includes No scans of USPS tracking number. Checked parcelapp and nothing. Order is a Month out and I am at a loss. Unfortunately I don't have the USPS tracking number so I do not know if it is lost here or elsewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

If you are the buyer and it has been longer than the latest date they gave you, file an Item not received case. The seller should have the tracking number, if it is still "timely" ask them to check the tracking and perhaps open an inquiry with the USPS.
