****does this  mean if we are forced to use service we will lose sale if buyer wants to return for any reason? ***

I have problems with Global ship though Ebay taking so long as buyers want refunds even though in their country and I can not re return items.

the merchandise is returned to ebay, not the seller

the seller keeps the money and does not lose the sale.the buyer is refunded from ebay, not the seller

ebay keeps the merchandise and gets rid of it later on
