My ebay is showing differt currency and shipping currency than the one I am in

I visited Columbia for 3 weeks and did some stuff on ebay. This issue is on my Windows laptop only, if I log onto my account on my phone I dont have this issue. 

If I go onto ebay without signing on and it showes prices and shipping that I am in the USA. as soon as Iog onto my account it switches all information to Columbian peso, and my shipping country. I can easy change shipping country but if i log out it reverts back to columbia. all my address's, phone numbers and all information are US based.

I am getting ready to delete my account. I dont know what is causing this.

While in Columbia, did you happen to change the shipping address? If yes, you need to go into your account settings, personal information, addresses. shipping addresses & verify the address you receive purchases at, is in the proper country.
