Hi,
I just got granted user access to my company's account and we have a few orders that need to be marked shipped (with updated tracking info), but I can't seem to do it. My boss has given me full permissions from what we can tell, but I still can't figure out how to update the shipping status. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you gone to the Sold page and tried to Mark as Shipped there? Do they already have a tracking number? If so there should be an Add/Edit choice next to the existing tracking number.

also having the same issue, why can't my staff mark orders as shipped and add tracking numbers
