Missing Package

I had tramatic brain injury thought I updated address guess I didnt all I can do is hope seller insured package for the 61.18 if not thats bad on seller called old address to talk to resident and postal carrier talked to Ebay and guy was rude No reslution of course ebay needs to protect the buyers better all packages need to be insured for contents so as buyers we are guaranteed that if package is not dilvered we get compt  I think this is just bad buisness for customers on ebays part if no resolution on this will not buy again and close my account asap still waiting on seller response

If the seller shipped to the address you had on file and the item was delivered to that address, retrieving the package falls on you. Insurance has nothing to do with a buyer buying something and having it sent to a wrong/old address.

I'm sorry to hear of your health issues, however, if the seller shipped the item to the address you have on file, they've done their part.  If seller has tracking showing delivery - case closed.  I'm sorry but that's the reality of your situation.

Sorry to hear about your injury.

EBay will protect buyers from bad sellers. EBay can't protect buyers from themselves. 

If you make any type of an online purchase in the future, when you are going thru the checkout process, you are shown and have a chance to verify and/or change the ship to address. Take your time and verify all information is correct.

Sorry, if the package was shipped to the address you provided when you checked out, it isn't missing.

Insurance wouldn't cover you providing the wrong address.

yeah i already know its my bad cause i have brain injury so basically imscrewd closing account as soon as i get other stuff ordered family already closed theres next all my fremds will too

I take it you provided the correct addres on the "other stuff ordered"?

Don't need to delete your account, just provide the correct address when you place an order.
