Medium Flat Rate Box Option? Not an Option!

Ebay -please stop making this an option for the buyer!  They do not realize the size of the box.  This is three times now that a buyer has opted for it and there is no way for it to work.  I hate to keep cancelling the orders!

You need to be more careful with your listing setup. The Blue Willow listing offers the buyer a Medium RB, which means that you checked it off when you set up the listing.   In other words, eBy offered it to the buyer because you told them to.

Actually I never choose medium flat rate box.  Once the customer changes it to medium flat rate box it stays that way on the listing.  I have to go back and change to the original shipping option when relisting.  I just had another one tonight.  Very frustrating!

I've never once had a buyer with the ability to change the shipping options. 

If buyers had the option to change the shipping options they'd be going Media Mail all the way all the time.

The buyer can only choose from the options you include in the listing.

There is no way a buyer can change the way you set up the shipping.

Buyers can only choose what you put in the listing.

Uh...buyers cannot change the shipping options given to them....just saying.
