Manually setting delivery estimate times?

Hi Team,

When I set my shipping profile, it automatically generated some estimate delivery dates.

Can it be done manually, so I can manually set my estimate delivery?

Due to the Pandemic, there are officially major overseas delays and the default estimate delivery dates definitely are not accurate having in mind the world situation now.

Unfortunately the answer is no. We all operate with the inaccuracies of eBay's estimated delivery dates. I'm seeing international estimates more than 4 weeks sooner than they should be due to USPS sea transport. eBay says they account for these delays, but really they don't.

Your options are to deal with it by communicating with buyers and setting expectations, paying out on not received claims for buyers who are not willing to wait ... or temporarily suspend your international sales entirely until things normalize.

For the time being I'm still plowing ahead with international sales, but if things don't get back on track come Fall I'll probably suspend them for the holidays when the demand for quick delivery increases.

Thank you very much for the input. For now, even I am informing the customers and uploading the tracking..give some refunds for items arriving in a couple of days later, responding to cases..For now it is bearable. Hope the situation will get better soon..

Why not just increase your handling time?

Since you are located in Bulgaria, I am sure all of your buyers know that shipping will be delayed due to the pandemic.

California is under a Stay-at-Home order, but since I am a low volume seller, I can still make it to my post office with a 1-day handling time.
