Earlier tonight I sold 2 items to the same buyer in Canada, and when I went to send him a invoice with reduced (combined) shipping, it said one item had been removed, and the other didn't have the Kentucky address for the ship to address, but just his address in Canada. The buyer said that PayPal claimed one of the 2 items would not ship to Canada, but the other one would.
I just checked both listings and they both had the Global Shipping Program box checked (in TurboLister). The GSP has always worked just fine before.
Anyone have any idea as to what is going on here? There sure have been a lot of screwups lately, such as the almost useless packing list.
