English is one of the most difficult languages so cheers to you for giving it a shot! I can see from your feedback profile that you leave feedback in a language based on the seller's location.

If you post in your native language (presumably Norwegian?) we can use an online translator to try to understand and offer some help.

The seller has stopped communicating with me about it and he has said that he will do his best to receive my product, is not the problem talk about here to return but it was denied delivery or stopped and not treated fairly do you understand?🤕

I can not open the dispute but can you open it for me to expand in protection program in an accurate way?😌

Not exactly certain of your problem, but eBay DOES have a "protection program" for buyers.

It's called the Money Back Guarantee and it's seen in every listing.  It offers good protection if/when a transaction goes wrong.  Have you read it?
