If you return a NAD purchase and the package, USPS tracking & signature, is lost in the mail, do you still get a refund?

did you have insurance on the lost package?

The seller wound not have to refund you because they didnt receive the item back.

It would be between you and the PO.

No, not from eBay or the seller. But if you insured the package you could file insurance for lost package.

If the label was supplied by the seller, and you got an acceptance scan for the return, by eBay policy you will be refunded.

If you bought the label, then you are not refunded.

Why would there be signature on the return?

This makes me feel like you purchased your own return shipping.

If you did then you won't be covered.

If you used a label provided by the seller which you should have since you said it's a NAD return, you would have been covered once you got acceptable scan from the carrier.
